Tiromat CFS Compact M420. Professional automatic thermoforming line that is used for vacuum packaging of almost all types of meat products, fish and seafood, cheese, salads, vegetables, fruit, sweets and other food products.
Operating principle The packaging is formed automatically by the machine from two films - top and bottom. The product is placed by the operator in the chambers made of the bottom film. The product is automatically extracted by a vacuum system, sealed, cut and labelled (optional). The moulding of trays of different types and sizes is done by manually changing the mould. The operator can programme the step, speed, time, temperature and vacuum level.
The machine is suitable for soft film. Film width: 420 mm Capacity: 8-10 bars per minute
